While I interact with customers implementing business solutions (like CRM, ERP, ETL, BI, etc.) I have come to appreciate how important data is to the bigger picture. This blog is dedicated to those thoughts and ideas relating to working with data in specific to build Business Intelligence.

I have been involved with CRM for the most part of my career, so definitely there may be a CRM flavor to some of the posts, but the questions and thoughts are valid for any type of data about what we do.
